Does such a mod exist?

I'm about to start up a 100mbit unmetered server, and the forum will be file based.

I'd like to implement an upload:download credit ratio system where for every X kb a user uploads they get X * # download credit (ie: With a 5:1 ratio, uploading a 20mb file would get them 100mb credit). This was the popular system used back in the BBS days

Anyone know if there's a mod out there for vB that does this? I've searched on here but the closest I could find was the vB experience mod (which is far too much for what I want)

vBCredits and vbPlaza are available. This should work to your needs, as there are hacks to these that add things like this on.
