"similar threads" box is only displayed in some topics

I just realized that the "similar threads" box below the posts is messed up

some of the topics will display the box, and other topics will display nothing

i really don't understand why it works only in some topics

please help me !!

here is an example of a topic with a working "similar threads" box :
