I found lot of users on my forum have same IP.

Those usernames are registeed by spammers like:

ghij688
mnop233
pqrs571
defg992
mnop687
fghi363
jklm495
ijkl676
uvwx977

I believe there are more then 500 such users.

How can I ban or delete them all through PHP MYADMIN as banning individually is really a big pain.

Search the structure of the user table of your database.

Deleting them via phpMyAdmin is not recommended, and you should use the prune / move users features in:
AdminCP >> Users >> Prune / Move Users
