Error Opening Logfile | vb Admin | Cookies + HTTP Header Options

Hey all.

I am getting a weird error whenever I go into my vB admin option and click on Cookies + HTTP Header Options.

The error is: 1||1270697158||||||||Error Opening Logfile.

What the heck is that and how do I fix it?
