Add email footer to all send out emails

Hi everyone,

Could you tell me how to add footer to all emails that will be sent out by vBulletin?

For example, here is the original one:

Hello boogle,

We at vBulletin.org would like to wish you a happy birthday today!

And what I'm looking for is something like this:

This is the footer that will appear in all emails
