ability to use https?

Our forums have been hacked quite a number of times.
It looks like the hacker is tracing my IP address (since it's static) and is reading passwords as my email, facebook, website, and administration usernames and passwords were all stolen.

Is there a way to send authentication for logging into vBulletin through HTTPS rather than HTTP?
