Address Book Mod

I was using the vbengine to do this, but there are errors within it and such and no support.

Anyway, I am looking for a mod that will allow a phone book directory so to speak. I run a military website and we are doing a troop support section for members to mail service members over seas.

I need something that would allow categories. Unlimited fields (text fields, drop down, content fields, etc..) fields should be able to be arranged. Would also be great if there could be an e-mail field and website field so when they are filled out they are clickable. Also need the fields to be defined to show only to certian usergroups (Admin, Mods) or to all usergroups, but allow users to enter in information. The content field should allow bbcode, and I would like to have the abily for users to comment on entries.

If anyone has any ideas on this please let me know. I know there are a lot of people in the past that were also looking for a mod like this, but one has never been made.

Need it to run with 3.7.
