mail from sendmessage.php contact staff whitout user mail

Hello to all,
i have a big problema in my forum:

if user send me a mail from sendmessage.php (contect staff default option) i receive mail whitout user's mail, i see my defaul board mail in sender form.

I have other 1 forum whit the same setting and.......i receive user's mail.

I receive now: (not correct)

user123 @ my forum <defaul board mail>

I receive in my second forum: (correct)

user123 @ my forum <user mail>


I'm very confused because i use same configuration and i must connect to admin panel for see user's mail for write reply.

All 2 boards use the same server and vbulletin 3.8.4 updated
