hi all

i have user ranks but the size of it are 103 X 23

but i need 174 X 37 plz can any one change them without loosing quality

No matter what, if you resize an image, it will become more blurry. It's easier to actually remake them with Photoshop/Gimp/Paint.net (in pixels).
