I don't think they have a date and time set. They'll upgrade if vB4 offers new features that are required for the site, and only once the test and port every thing I think they said.
I'm not 100% sure on that but you can check the feedback forum. |

This has been asked several times already. Yes, vBulletin.org will be switching over to vBulletin 4.0.0. But not anytime soon

I think 4.0.0 will be a distant memory by the time we move to vb4 - I think 4.0.1 is expected in a couple of weeks.
