Hi im not sure what is wrong. when i try to import a new product its giving me this error
XML Error: Not well-formed (invalid token) at Line 0 i have no idea what i did as i really havent touched anything. any help would be appreciated This is when i try to install any product threw the admin pc, its never happened before thank you. |

Are you maybe trying to import a zip file?

Or you are importing a plugin via the product page or a product via the plugin page.

Doing a search here shows a few people who have had the error, but only one person posted back after they got it fixed:
So, have you tried redownloading it and unzipping it again? (It wasn't clear if he meant the vb files were faulty (we had him redownload them and reupload them) or if it was the modification file that was faulty.) |
