I added a plug-in that messed my board up and I can't click on anything in the control panel.
![]() define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); to my config file, but it didn't say where, so I just added it at the bottom of the coding stuff, but nothing fixed after I reuploaded it, so I know that can't be right. Can anyone help me? --------------- Added [DATE]1260631037[/DATE] at [TIME]1260631037[/TIME] --------------- Ok, I figured this part out, but now I still can't get anything to click in the admin panel...grrr... At least my board isn't dead for the time being. |

So you have disabled all the plugins now. Did you removed any files you uploaded for the plugin? Have you removed the bad plugin?

Yeah, they are disabled, but I still can't get into the manager in the admin cp to uninstall them. I can't figure out where they are in the ftp panel to do it manually, either.
It didn't tell me to upload any files outside of doing the import within the product manager, so I'm lost. |

You can't do it via ftp, you need to do it via the Product Manager.

If you have the plugins disabled in the config.php file, what exactly happens when you try to go into the admin cp?

I can see everything, but when I try to get a category to expand, it won't work. It just moves the left side bar down a little bit, but never changes whats on the main screen. Does that make sense?

Look in the page source and get the url and put it manually into your browser.

I just get a gray screen on the main page and the options on the left when I do that. It still won't show me the plugin manager.
![]() --------------- Added [DATE]1260653117[/DATE] at [TIME]1260653117[/TIME] --------------- Ok, I was finally able to backdoor into the plug-in manager, but when I click uninstall on the one I want to get rid of and it go, I just get the Error on Page notification on the bottom bar and it won't do anything. --------------- Added [DATE]1260654129[/DATE] at [TIME]1260654129[/TIME] --------------- Ok, so I was able to delete each piece of the plug-in in the manager, but it is still showing up in Manage Products. And I'm still having issues with my cp. Sorry for some many updates! I'm just working this out as I go, really. --------------- Added [DATE]1260654571[/DATE] at [TIME]1260654571[/TIME] --------------- Figured it out!! Somehow, I'd deleted the clientscripts folder...dur. It's fixed! |
