Can someone tell me how I can do this? A member of my forum asked me if I could do this, and I can't seem to find anything like this on here... Here is the link, the part that says "Active Topics" on the right hand side.

I don't know what it is. I've heard of it before, but I don't think it's from here. Write to the admin of the site and ask them where they got it.
