Just want to ask a Q...

All I was hoping to do was e-mail someone who can tell me where this mythical "Paid Services Request" form lives. Our company will be looking to hire someone for contract vBulletin work in January or February-ish and I'm trying to figure out where to get good people and it's like pulling teeth! I can't even e-mail the administrators here because I show as unlicensed, but other vBulletin communities direct me back here for help...

So, can anyone lend me some insight? Thank you!!
