How do I edit the colour of this box?

I'm stuck and I have looked everywhere in Admincp > Styles & Templates > My Style > All Style Options and I haven't found anything.

How do I edit the colour of the white border/greyish border?

Not sure if anyone helped you out on this yet but that's a fieldset, you can define the border by adding this declaration into the Addition CSS Definitions in Style Manager, All Style Options...adjust color/width to suit

fieldset { border: 1px solid #BDBFDD; }
