Upgrade Problems

Downloaded the latest 3.8 VB version and planned on some site changes.

The forum, VB, was in the root directory of the site. Wanted it moved to a subdirectory so that a CMS could be installed and VB called to it from the subdirectory. So what I did was move the contents of the root to a sub called VBulletin. Checked the site and if the url, site.com/VBulletin is used the forum comes up. Some users can login some can't. The admincp won't let me login as user name and password no longer match, so I'm locked out of the admincp right now.

What I had done after I moved the files into the VBulletin subdirectory was to upload, decompress and run the upgrade.php file. VB said it did everything ok, found everything and performed the changes with no errors. BUT today I'm locked out. The database contains two of the same data as in the older 3.7 data and below in the same DB is all the same but with VB3_ prefix.

So how do I fix this small problem??
