I am wondering if a mod or plugin exists that can take thread titles or other vb content and auto feed them into a twitter account as tweets.......

Try a search for "twit*" in "all mods" "titles only"

I would use twitterfeed, it's easy to setup and you don't have to worry about any mods messing up your site.
