Hi guys
Just wondering how many owners are dreading the thought of not being able to use current mods that you may have installed. |

Just like any other upgrade, some work some don't. Just something you deal with when you get there.

vB 4 Mod will only be available when the beta is up on vBulletin.org or the stable version come
so just wait for it its only 2 weeks to it when it arrived vB.org will make a section for all vB 4 Mods and styles and etc |

So am i right in thinking that prior to upgrading to vb4, i should disable all current mods first. Will that be sufficient untill certain mods are revamped?

Disable or uninstall, yes. You MAY have to delete some of the files that came with some of the mods as well as those files can throw errors if the mod is disabled/uninstalled without the file being removed

I would say just leave all the mods installed and active, upgrade and if it don't work, and get a database error, enter the plugin/ hook disable code into the config file. then disable mods one at a time and try the forum.
