Okay so somehow a user got a hold of the AdminCP in my site, and banned the IP's of all of the admins. At least thats what i think is happening, I am still able to access everything through a proxy or my phones 3g network, but i dont know where to find the information on which IP's were banned or how to unban them.
I have already checked my cPanel and .htaccess file and neither of those had been modified. However the strange thing is is that its not just the directory where vBulletin is that is banned, is my whole server, so could this really just be done from inside of vBulletin? and how can i fix it? |

You can't ban from server-level via vBulletin.
Did you check a .htaccess file at root? (Home area of your site before public_html) |

there is no .htaccess file in the root, only in /public_html

Hmm, odd behaviour.
No htaccess modified, cPanel fine.. yet no log-on. I don't believe this is vBulletin-related, e-mail your server host. Check your cPanel logs. |
