How can i prevent Banned users to be showned on the Forum ( members that visited the forum the last 24 hours )

or, if Admins and Mod can see them there and not the normal registered users ?

You'll have to ask in the modification thread (users visited in the last 24 hours) if they can help you with that. There is an article that will tell you how to not show them on the Currently Active Users list though.
