I think you'd actually have to put the whole thing into a table with the current content in the center and then an ad in the right column and an ad in the left column. I know there are mods to help you add columns to your style here, so you can search for them, but I'm not sure if there is one exactly like you want (two added columns).

Like I said, the only thing I can think of off the top of my head is to create a table right under the <body> tag which has three columns and put the main content in the middle column. You'd then close it in the footer before the </body> tag (and actually put the right column right before you closed it).
