I am in process of selecting a new skin for my board.

i am very much impressed with the color combination & visibility of this.

I know it is custom but any idea? any skin near to this?

Not sure about that skin, as you say its probably custom made, But have you been through our styles forum here??

If anyone has some great styles for Vbulletin, its got to be us

It's not anyone I've seen, you could probably get one made like that reasonably cheaply by posting in the Modification Requests (Paid) depending on your budget for the project.
