Seeking help to complete a skin for a charity.

I am helping a charity that specializes in finding free technical resources for charities that cannot otherwise afford/find technical people. Usually consists of technology people doing such things as helping build websites etc etc.

I am modifying vbulletin to serve as a platform to manage their job of connecting charities and resources, and have done a "basic" theme but really with a deadline approaching, need someone to complete the theme while I make sure the rest of the work flow is complete.

The group I am working with is called "Hackers For Charity" and is made up of a group of like minded security people.
