hi
I have upload folder on my web host and it seems that peoplse upload their avatars there from their computers

I want to turn off browse button for avatars, only links will remain available for custom avatars

because some hackers mask c99 shell scripts as avatars and upload them and then hack my web host

how do I turn off avatar upload from computers ?
I can not find it in admin

Admin cp > usergroups > usergroup manager > edit selected usergroup > 'Can Upload Custom Avatars' set to No.
