I was wondering how to enable the box that appears showing the forum you are viewing and the description.
I.e anyone reading this will see (in this forum): General vBulletin Discussions: General modification & vBulletin discussions. eg. "How do I do this in vBulletin?", "Can this product do this?", "What does this feature do?", etc |

Not sure I completely understand which part you're asking about. Could you post a screenshot of what you're trying to achieve?

Oh ok. Go to your AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Forum Display Options (forumdisplay) > and set Enable Forum Description to Yes
