Hello community!
Question!
How do adjust the settings in my post to allow a NON-shortened URL?

Does that make sense? Basically image links are shortened and of course dont show as images.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to actually modify the code - there is no setting for this. It was actually discussed just a couple of days ago here, so try a search to find the thread.
