Reviews, Custom Posting form & thread move hack

A few Requests, not sure exactly how feasible they are, but i figure it's worth trying:
Btw this is for 3.8.x

The first is a review hack, in other words something that would turn threads into an album review system. Something like the "rate thread" system that is already implemented, but that would allow users to rate on multiple categories:
Eg. for an album review you could have:
Beats:
Lyrics:
Production:
Overall:

And members would be able to rate (1-5 stars) in threads posted in that board of the forum.

I figure it'd be some kinda posting form edit, but I'm afraid beyond the idea I can't help much. If further details are needed please feel free to message me.

The second is a posting form hack. I'd basically need something to slightly modify the posting form so that it would ask for a link to another thread to post, in other words:

Thread Title:
Link:
Post:

In certain boards on the forum.
In fact, thinking about it.. Would this be a template edit?

Finally.. I think this may already exist, but is there a way of making it so that threads will move from one board to another after a set number of days. For example, we have different categories for album reviews (rock, hiphop, rnb, indie etc) as well as a "new releases" section. The idea being that after a set number of days, new releases would move to the appropriate board for whatever genre they are. So when someone writes a review for a new release, they would tag it as a set genre, so that when the review is no longer "new" it will automatically move itself.

Any help with any of these would be much appreciated, thanks for reading.
