There are two prominent commercial offerings at the moment.

"vBulletin Blog" is an add-on for vBulletin made directly by Jelsoft.

"vBadvanced Dynamics" is an add-on for vBulletin made by vBadvanced. vBa Dynamics is not directly a 'blog' application but is a framework that can be used as a blog or articles system or just about anything else. I'm using it as a blog.

With the release of the "official" blog product from Jelsoft most of the other blog add-ons have quietely dissappeared. There are some occassional hacks released that will make your forums act like a blog but I don't follow them so others might be able to give more information you're looking for a free solution.
