User logs in and receive notification.

I would to make a change for all user to be aware of.
Is there a way to force all users to disocnnect require all user to log in and when they do they are presented with the changes to the forum/ forum rules.

Any idea? Basically I making a change as to what is allowed to posted as far as photos and i want everymember to be aware of the change. Maybe there is a better way that Im unaware of?

Well, I have a lot of lazy and non-observant users. If I force them to read the rule changes and click "accept" then they have no excuse. Otherwise they pull the "I didn't see or know".

My users tend to ignore notices and announcemnts, they tend to just scroll to the content thats why I use the force readers to read thread. I've noticed that I get alot less 'hey I seen this person do this, how can I!?!?!' threads made after I add a new feature by using that mod.
