but if you access it this way it will not show the admincp side column

there isnt any more dir in admincp other than control_examples so how would i edit it, as im having a problem with it maybe towards permissions.

there never was any dir in admincp.... what is your goal actually, because what you ask means nothing.

Theres something wrong with my template editor iv tried re-installing vb, tried playign with htaccess im clueless now

not the skins, iv tried re-installing them and no luck

writing complete sentences helps a lot ...

the problem does not seems to be the skins, (located in /cpstyles/) because they are loaded in the sidebar and top part of the display... you may have modified something to make this happen...
