Quick question. Just posted another thread and noticed the "Please use descriptive thread titles when posting." message under the title. My site needs that, desperately. We have WAY too many "Need Help" titles.
Is that a mod that shows it? I'd like to have a different message for different forum sections if possible... |

You can just add it to the template. But, as Biker_GA pointed out, it certainly doesn't force them to use a descriptive title (as noted by many thread titles here).
To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source. |
