Errors uploading PDF file for attachment -

I'm trying to upload a PDF file for attachement. It says it's attached, but when you try to open the file you get this error "Adobe Reader - There was an error opening this document. This file is damaged and could not be repaired"

The file works great on my local computer. The file is 4.26Mb and my settings are set to 30.5Mb just to make sure that wasn't causing the problem.

I have performed the following with no errors:
Admin CP > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Test File Upload

I am using the latest version of Adobe Reader 9. So what am I missing?
PS, the I'm the guy who has the orginal, and I'm the guy how posted it. So I know the orginal works.
