Steps to create a private forum only viewable by mods/supermods/admins

Hey guys,

Can someone please tell me the correct settings so I can make a secure forum on my vbulletin forum for all the moderators/admins/supermods to talk?

I would hate for someone not in the moderator / supermod / admin team to access this forum.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
