How do I upload a full database backup (.sql) to my vBulletin forums?
Any help is appreciated.

You have to do it through phpmyadmin which should be in your cpanel.
Go into the database your forum is on and just upload it.

You should NOT use phpmyadmin to import backups, if you dont have ssh access to the server, i would ask your host to import it for you.

phpmyadmin is dependent on php execution time limits and will most likely timeout when importing a db backup.
