Can Anyone Please Tell me how can i add those custom bbcodes in my forum too

The Pictures which you are seeing meaning the background picture is a fixed picture where like here it is : -

So It is not a problem regarding the picture ,

If you won't provide the website where you found those then we'll have to tell you how you can add it yourself.

Find a page where that is used, then view the source code behind it. Find the text in the source code inside the writing block and copy the HTML around it for your bbCode.
