Poll Options...is this possible???

Hi,

I have recently added a poll to one of my threads on my own forums and I was wondering if it's at all possible to make it so that only those people who are added in the poll(their user names) can vote and not everyone else....the scenario is this:

I run a small local photography club, every month we have a different chosen subject...for example something such as "portrait" or "Nautical Theme" and then after a specified period of time(after everyone has uploaded their photo's for all to see) I then set up a poll with all those who added photo's in, listing their user name. Without sounding harsh, I would prefer if only those that made the effort to submit photo's to be able to vote and not everyone else.
