one member of my site posted links for other sites on alot of members profiles...
no way i can jus delete em all at once? i dont know all the accounts he spammed and my site has 26,000+ members... so a mass delete of some kind would be good
i banned and even deleted the user to try n make the spam disappear but its still there, showing as a guest posted it with his username on their profiles....plz help thx
You may delete them all at once in the Quick User Links on the top of the User page *before* you delete the user! Look at the dropdown at the top of the User page to see all the different things you can do.
Sorry, but when you do that, the userid gets set to 0 (I think), so it's hard to search for them. As an admin, you can see a bunch in your UserCP > new items > visitor messages and I suppose you can delete them there.
