Skin Usage Hack..?

HiYa..

I am sure I have seen a hack that displays how many members are using each different skin, along side the skins name in the skin selection drop down box..

Has anyone any idea what its called as I have trawled this site for the past 3 days trying to find it again.... Or if anyone know of a similar hack, please can you respond here..
