Is it possible for me to make it so anyone in usergroup 11 is staff on LiveZilla?
Im not entirely sure how im going to make it work

if you have a complete integration with vBulletin, the engine can control who is in usergroupX, but from what i know of livezilla, there is no integration... so your only choice would be that usergroupX would be able to see the link to the chat... but anybody aware of the link could access it anyway.

that's how all the external tools work btw
