please help me remove this vacant image link

i have installed this but i forgot what it is and now i cant remove it please guide me which template should i revert or edit..

ok never mind my post i already found it.

it was on my custome BB codes so apparently i just deleted it..

The "Ins" button that you're missing is images/editor/email.gif and it's for inserting e-mail addresses. Do you really want to get rid of that button? Or do you want to fix the broken image?

The "Wr" at the end there is from a bbCode, go look at your custom bbCode and see which one of them lists a picture - and just delete that line describing a picture.

Instead of deleting those BB codes - just upload the missing images.
