Style (not a how do I make one) Question

I got my first style uploaded and it looks okay, for a frist timer.

I had one problem with an icon. It didn't display! (pic 1). So I cross referenced the file path in the style definition to the file path I defined on my server (pic 2) to the (browser) source code (pic 3).

I replaced the gif in the folder just to make sure it was okay. Same results.

Finally, I reverted the file path of the of the misc file in the style definition and it worked. Only problem is: I plan to change folder gifs to other images and I want to keep all my custom images as vb recommends.

I don't know how to correct this. I can call any other image from the images/styles/usfcra1/images folders except this one.

Oddly enough, the navbits_start.gif (upper level/root) gif in pic1 comes from the same folder.

Any thoughts about this?
