help please database error

i have installed this mod :

after in stalling and uninstalling i get this error any help ?

get only the error on the main forum other links are good !!

have u checked u installed it proper ?
Go back over the install steps and if tha fails- remove everything to do with this hack.

yes i install the mod and then uninstall but i get a database error on the forum home only

i have revert the forumhome template but no sens this is a big problem but the mod maker not respons

remove everything to do with this hack

i do that but i in the Search in Phrases but nothing found from that mod its only a xml file and the files i have deleted from server so there can be a file from the xml hiding ?

i disable mod for mod and i find the wrong mod and deleted !!
