Default Any Runners in here?
as board owners, and even our "real" jobs, we sit and sit and sit. much like the forum title suggests "Sit back in your lazy-boy recliner and chat away"

I just signed up for a Chicago half marathon. I've always been in decent shape but never much of a distance runner so I'm really nervous.

any runners here?

Anywhere from 5k to 15k.

ive ran a few miles in the past from the police,does that count
