Sticky first post

Is there a mod like this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...ht=sticky+post out for 3.7/3.8? I'm looking to use something similar to what vB.org uses for its mod threads on my forum. All I need is for the first post to stay at the top of the page no matter what page of the thread is being viewed.
