when i go to my admin cotnrol panel, in the section "cookies and header http" i get this error:

in the other section it doesn't do any error...

Most likely a mod_security issue or such. Please contact your host.

it was VBFIREWALL!!!

This already gave enough pointers to know it had to be some kind of firewall or other service that filters content.
