On my forum my users can't post any attachments because when they click 'manage attachements' a blank page just appears.
I've checked if the newattachment.php is in my web root and it is. So why does it show a blank page ? It goes to this URL: http://www.symbiangalaxy.org/newatta...3c240e129028e1 To test this out on my forum, login with the details below: Site: www.symbiangalaxy.org Username: baddy Password: 12345 Please can someone help, Thanks, James |

Disable your plugins and see if that still happens:
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php PHP Code:
Try reuploading the newattachment.php page. And read this page from the manual about troubleshooting blank or 'white' pages: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages |
