Awards Problem

I'm currently a co-admin on a Forum, and am having a bit of trouble. I would like to have all the awards to show up. Only 4 show up, and they are random. Nothing specific. Is there a way that I can make it so it shows all the awards not just the 4? Also, sorry if this is the wrong spot. I would like to notify the Server Admin right away, as this is a big bug for us.
