Am i missing something for allowing usergroups to view the showgroups.php?

Viewable on Show Groups (Sets whether or not to show members of this group on the 'View Forum Leaders' page) are set to yes

But even as administrator I still get a 'no permission' page.

Where else is this controlled from or what am I missing?

Do you have it enabled in vboptions > general settings > enable forum leaders?
