hello there,

my forum recently got hacked i have delete everything and changed the server and upload everything with my backup .now problem i am having i tried to ajax chat like Cyb chat or dream chat its not working what its shows there

loading..... message....

is this server problem or i need to do something with templates since its i reload everything and just run the backup . can anyone help me with this thanks

Did you have one of those chats running prior to the forum getting hacked? Have you checked your error_logs to see if there is an error written regarding this action?

no there is nothing error there regarding chat box .and yes it was working fine before the server hacked and when i was on the server which was hacked.

Try uninstalling them and then installing them again. Also, you should post in the thread for the chat you are having problems with and see if they know what the problem may be.
