How do I copy and create and new header tab like the one in this attached image? After I create where do I place it so it is next to the last tab? I then need to make a drop down for that tabe that will have two links. How do I do that? I know the edits take place in header but I do not know the code and I do not know where to place! Thanks for the help

Well most headers like that use images as the navbar so thats what you are looking at. First you would have to make the header in a graphics program, i prefer photoshop cs3 or cs4, then you would have to code it so it works, don't know much about that but Im working on learning lol.
